Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday - Closed

Telephone Service

All incoming calls will be answered utilizing a voice response system.

The new system will give customers the option to speak with a representative, during hours of operation, or to select services using the automated system.

Customers can select Option 8 to speak directly with a representative during hours of operation.

Holiday Schedule 2013

The E-ZPass Service Center will be closed during the following holidays:

• President's Day - February 18
• Independence Day - July 4
• Veteran's Day - November 11
• Thanksgiving - November 28
• Christmas - December 25

The Delaware E-ZPass Service Center is easily accessible from all over the State of Delaware.

Coming from the north:

1. Route 13 South through Dover to South State Street (Carroll's Corner).
2. Turn left at the light onto South State Street Extension.
3. Drive approximately ½ mile (past Dover Podiatry) and make a right onto Old Rudnick Lane.

Coming from the south via Rte 113:

1. US-113 North to SR 10 at the Dover Air Force Base.
2. Left at the light off the exit ramp onto SR 10 west and follow to South State Street Extension.
3. Follow South State Street Extension past Moore's Lake.
4. Left onto Old Rudnick Lane.

Coming from the south via Rte 13:

1. US 13 North to South State Street in Dover.
2. Right onto South State Street Extension at the Terrapin Recycling Co.
3. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right onto Old Rudnick Lane.

Coming from the west (RT8 - Marydel):

1. SR 8 East to US13.
2. Route 13 South through Dover to South State Street (Carroll's Corner).
3. Turn left at the light onto South State Street Extension.
4. Go approximately ½ mile and turn right onto Old Rudnick Lane.
