Telephone Service

All incoming calls will be answered utilizing a voice response system. The VRU will give customers the option to speak with a representative during hours of operation, or to select services using the automated system. After selecting English or Spanish, customers are directed to select the option that meets their needs. At any time, select option 8 to speak directly with a representative during hours of operation.

Locations

The Delaware E-ZPass Service Center locations are easily accessible from all over the State of Delaware. In addition to the main service center, the Delaware Department of Transportation E-ZPass Toll Plaza offices are open Monday through Sunday, 24 hours each day.
